The mission of Next STEPS Worldwide is aligned with the great commission, to reach people across God’s kingdom one person at a time. We strive to serve people and meet people where they are at. We do this by pouring into our clients, guiding our clients, so they can achieve everything they ever dreamed of and more. It is our duty to walk alongside our clients in their journey and provide the resources and therapeutic environment they need to grow through whatever they are experiencing.

We truly believe that we are called to love our neighbor as ourselves because regardless of what we accomplish or procure, if we do not love we gain nothing. Love begins with our entire Next STEPS Worldwide team, which is where we cultivate meaningful relationships within our workplace family in an established culture of compassion and an environment where all things are possible. Our team then provides compassionate care to clients. We are led by love and walk through the healing journey with our clients by providing wisdom in an accessible manner, showing them unconditional positive regard, and breaking down any barriers to care.
